Malaika Arora Khan, born 23 August 1973 is a model, Indian VJ and a Bollywood actress.

When MTV India first started, Malaika was one of their most prominent VJ's. She rose from this to an interviewer for MTV India, becoming the most prominent and hot non-movie, non-model female in urban India. Malaika was born to a Malyalee mother and a Punjabi father. Her mother's name is Joyce Polycarp.

Malaika completed her tenth grade from Swami Vivekanand School ( Collector' Colony)in Chembur(Mumbai). Her Aunt Grace Polycarp was the principal of that school. Malaika lived in Borla Society opposite Basant Talkies before her modelling career.

MTV India, recognizing her potential gave her prominent roles at Awards Functions and concerts telecast on the television channel. From there, she expanded her career into the modeling world. Her modeling and TV careers are going strong. At one point she was romantically linked to John Abraham. Malaika has appeared in numerous advertisements. She can also be seen in various item numbers or song and dance sequences, such as Chaiyya Chaiyya in the film Dil Se and Maahi Ve in Kaante. She has since then focused on her career as a model and television anchor. In 2005, she did another item number: Kaal Dhamaal in the movie Kaal.She has got amazing Legs and a great figure.

Amrita Rao got surprise gift on her birthday of market value Rs 3 crore.

Amrita Rao, the bollywood actress got a surprise gift of value Rs 3 crore from her fan who is none other than famous painter M F Hussain on her birthday.

M F Hussain gifted her three beautiful paintings of this beautiful actress Amrita Rao. Hussain was so much impressed with her beauty and with her character which she played in sooraj Barjatya’s film Vivah.

Hussain didn’t forget Amrita’s birthday and gifted three painting whose market value is near about Rs 3 crore. From these three paintings, two paintings showed Amrita as a small town girl the character she played in Vivah and in the third painting; Hussain represented her as Anarkali because he was impressed with her performance at the filmfare awards of this year.

Amrita, who impressed the famous painter with her beauty, after getting surprise gift on her birthday, said that it is really a wonderful gift for her and it’s her luck that she is able to get the opportunity to be the part of Hussain Ji paintings.

Director said on this question, “It is not the matter of luck before signing Shahid, I discussed the story with Juhi Chawla, who is also lucky for Aziz and she said that for the role in Kismet Konnection there is a need of young face and SRK didn’t suit for the role. This is the only reason to sign Shahid instead SRK.” He further said, “I liked Shahid’s performance in Ishq Vishq and it was a big hit at the box-office as his first movie. He is so talented that I can guarantee that he will work even well after Kismet Konnection.

Shahid too appreciated Aziz. He said, “Most of the characters in Aziz films are very simple and they are according to our day routine. His movies are the good entertainer and one can see their film again and again.” Both of them appreciate each other and we hope that Kismet Konnection will do well on the box-office and Shahid will become the lucky charm for Aziz after SRK.
